Refund policy

At SIIRA, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, return, replacement, or refund requests are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

To process any return or replacement request, customers are required to record a complete unboxing video from start to finish without any cuts or pauses. The video must clearly show:

  • The outer packaging with the shipping label

  • The sealed package being opened

  • The product received inside

Requests raised without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please do not accept the parcel at the time of delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged, torn, or tampered with.

We kindly request you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with the parcel opening video so our team can review and resolve the issue promptly.

 

Important Notes

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Return or replacement requests are accepted only with a valid unboxing video.

  • Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address whenever possible.

 

Return Requests For Other Reasons

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect item received, you may contact our support team with your request.

Such returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused

  • Returned in original condition and packaging

In such cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take approximately 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.
